Our client is a large Australian Corporate law firm with offices in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra. They are currently looking for a Billing Assistant to join their Adelaide team on a full time, permanent basis.

**The Role**:
We are seeking a Billing Assistant to join our Adelaide office. This is a dynamic, active, and varied position that deals with both clients and people at all levels within the firm.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Process, coordinate and send off invoices
- Attend to invoice queries
- Liaise with Lawyers and Paralegals to resolve invoice or fee discrepancies or queries
- Arrange appropriate paper work and approvals to accurately allocate trust monies

We are looking for an individual with 1-2 years experience in a similar role, who has a positive can do attitude with excellent communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills.
