Billing Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Supervisor of Billing Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of accurate and compliant billing processes across one or more hospital sites. Your primary objective will be to oversee invoicing, claiming, collections, and reconciliations, guaranteeing that all processes are efficient and adhere to established policy and compliance standards.
In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will work closely with the Manager of Hospital Billing Operations to foster a collaborative environment where team members can excel in their roles. You will provide guidance and support to site-based billing staff, promoting a positive team culture that drives results and enhances the overall quality of services provided.
You will contribute significantly to the ongoing improvement of quality systems and procedures, helping shape effective billing operations that align with broader hospital goals. With your strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail, you will be instrumental in maintaining high standards and delivering meaningful outcomes for staff, patients, and the community.
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced professional with proven leadership skills and expertise in supervising, training, and motivating teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, the successful applicant should have sound knowledge of finance, billing, or accounting functions, along with relevant systems experience.
