Lead Graduate Billing Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Graduate to join our Billing team. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of Billing Consultants and Developers to support the implementation and configuration of our PowerBilling and Revenue Collection product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the team to implement and configure our PowerBilling and Revenue Collection product
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our billing processes and systems
- Provide exceptional client service and communication skills
Requirements:
- Completion or working towards completion of a relevant graduate degree and/or diploma (e.g. Business, Accounting, Technical, Operational Health)
- Proven knowledge of programming concepts, exposure to databases and data storage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client focus
Nice to Have:
- Technical skills with SQL, JavaScript and MS SQL/Oracle databases
- Knowledge of billing and accounts receivable processes and systems
- Knowledge of hospital billing to Medicare and health funds
