About the Role

This role is focused on delivering high-quality billing services across multiple hospital sites. The supervisor will oversee the entire process, from invoicing to collections and reconciliations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the manager to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and meeting policy standards. They will also be responsible for guiding and supporting site-based billing staff, promoting a collaborative team culture.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical billing, supervisory roles, and finance or accounting functions.
