Your Role

This leadership role is focused on Chubb's commitment to manage and grow our Major Account division by aligning internal resources to provide exceptional overall service to Chubb key clients and brokers in A&NZ. As a main point of contact for large customers and as the driver of opportunities for all applicable product lines, this role demonstrates Chubb's commitment to deploy its global coverage and risk management capabilities to meet the specialised needs of large global customers. This approach, blending external client engagement with Chubb's vast array of product capability leads to an exciting and fulfilling role supporting the Major Account Division.

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Key Deliverables**:
Provide exceptional overall service to assigned clients. Through the ownership process own and drive the relationship at a strategic and consultative level.

Understand clients business and align client goals to those of Chubb

Develop client plan and goals for all assigned accounts. Plan must include input from client, major broker partners and product line managers. Communicate final client plan to all Chubb stakeholders

Update all client P&L statements on an annual basis and utilise as needed to assist Chubb Management in making informed retention, new business and claims decisions

Work with underwriting teams on all renewals to discuss strategy and manage expectations with clients and brokers

Track and manage all open items and tasks for client team and insure strong client service results; underwriting, global services, credit management and claims.

Schedule ownership meetings and/or track client ownership process for all assigned clients. Document and share results with account team and Regional Major Accounts leader.

Demonstrate appropriate levels of accountability and authority when carrying out assigned tasks. Elevate issues as necessary to senior management.

**Leadership**:
Provide appropriate guidance to line of business leadership on meeting the customer's coverage and risk management needs.

Educate line of business underwriters; develop a culture of cross selling that promotes the purchase of Chubb's coverage and achieves a deep penetration of accounts.

Provide leadership by building and executing multi-line customer retention and acquisition strategies. Define sales strategies, lead and drive the sales process, facilitate priorities and coordinate resolution of conflicting priorities on target prospects and existing accounts

Coordinate with local Business Unit leaders on agenda for meetings when key executive management visits the region.

Develop and implement Chubb A&NZ CE program to include identification of accounts and individuals to participate in program. Training material, sessions, mentorship and periodic evaluation of the program and results.

Work with broker distribution management to better articulate and educate major broker partners on Chubb Major Accounts and the GCE Practice

Keep Senior Leadership up to date on progress towards goals through monthly reporting. Include all needed GWP, NWP and Margin metrics as well as details on items of note.

Bring new ideas and products to Chubb senior product line management to enhance product development

**Client Development and Servicing**:
Be a focal point for clients on a regular basis to discuss service issues including the execution of stewardship meetings.

Understand client's business and operations as well as risk management and related insurance purchase philosophies.

Know totality of current relationship, account profitability, key claim issues and targeted lines.

Communicate key account issues and strategies to the Chubb team.

Manage service standards by timely response to broker requests, setting of expectations and timely submission of quotations.

**Account Coordination**:
Monitor and report on A&NZ segment and customer specific results.

Support monthly Major Account Division meetings, bringing together all lines of business on key accounts

Coordinate and drive the strategy for the Target Accounts across all lines of business.

**Technical Guidance & Reporting responsibilities**:
Utilise Qlikview to provide client/prospect information support to branch underwriters.

Responsible for account mapping and targeting of the universe of Major Accounts within the A&NZ

Produce Monthly Report including metrics & target accounts
