Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Global Client Executive in our Major Accounts Division.

  • This leadership position will require managing and growing key client relationships in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing client plans, goals, and strategies to align with our objectives.
  • Providing exceptional overall service to assigned clients.
  • Educating underwriters and promoting cross-selling of our coverage to achieve deep penetration of accounts.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading sales strategies, facilitating priorities, and coordinating resolution of conflicting priorities on target prospects and existing accounts.
  • Developing and implementing programs to enhance account retention and acquisition.
  • Working with broker distribution management to articulate and educate major broker partners on our Major Accounts and the GCE Practice.
  • Maintaining senior leadership up-to-date on progress towards goals through regular reporting.
