You will provide quality personal, social and emotional care and support to residents in line with Arcare's Values, contributing to residents' overall wellbeing.Your Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care: Assisting with showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining residents' dignity and privacyMobility support: Assisting with walking, mobility aids, or transfers between positionsMonitoring health: Observing and reporting changes in health or behaviourMeal assistance: Supporting dietary needs and assisting residents with eatingMaintaining records: Documenting care provided and changes in conditionCollaboration: Working with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality careSkills & ExperienceCert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalentAdaptable, passionate, and willing to learnTeam-oriented and effective communicationReady to ApplyYou must have Australian Working Rights and a NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be willing to obtain).
