Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining databases including managing lists, monitoring attendance numbers for events and updating data
- Troubleshooting any system issues and liaising with external providers to determine a solution where necessary
- Working closely with the digital team to update and maintain the firm's website with a focus on uploading content and imagery, monitoring for and troubleshooting any technical issues along with our external providers, conducting regular SEO maintenance work and monitoring and reporting on website analytics
- Assisting with holistic digital marketing analytics (capture and analysis)
- Posting content to social media accounts and monitoring social engagement analytics

Skills and Experience
- A digital marketing degree or similar/relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience in digital marketing in a relevant/similar position, ideally in a professional services / B2B environment
- Experience working with large content management systems
- A core understanding of UX/UI and design principles and techniques
- Well-rounded knowledge of digital marketing best practices
- Confidence working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- Basic HTML coding skills
