About the opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Adviser with a passion for digital engagement and data-driven decision making. Someone who thrives in collaborative environments and is ready to advance their career.

You will be required to work across B2B and B2C campaigns, designing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Create and publish content across social, web, and email.
Deliver campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, CRM, and Analytics.
Optimise media placements and website performance (SEO + analytics).
Manage organic social strategy and support key member campaigns.
Use data insights to report, refine, and grow engagement.
Convert qualified leads into Members.
Improve the Member journey and Member experience.

What we're looking for

3–5 years' digital marketing experience (finance/professional services a plus).
Strong skills with Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, analytics + SEO.
Content planning and creation.
A proactive, collaborative marketer with strong project management skills.
