Job Description:
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Talent Coordinator to contribute to the planning and execution of our annual talent acquisition strategy. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level roles, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders, and utilizing innovative tools and processes to optimize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage full cycle recruiting for entry-level roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure meeting their resource needs and adhering to internal protocols.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans, leveraging data-driven insights to drive results.
- Manage candidate relationships, from initial contact to offer acceptance, fostering a positive experience that enhances our employer brand.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
