**About the Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP P2P Functional Analyst to ensure the seamless operation of the sourcing and procurement processes within our organisation by leveraging in-depth knowledge of the SAP MM module. Additionally, this role serves as the primary point of contact between different modules, facilitating smooth cross-functional communication. This role is pivotal in our business to maintaining system efficiency, data integrity, and user satisfaction.

This role will be based at our A&L Window & Doors manufacturing facility in Dandenong South.

The SAP P2P Functional Analyst will:

- Lead the configuration, implementation, testing and support of SAP modules to introduce new business processes into the system
- Execute assignments requiring development of new or improved procedures using ABAP
- Act as the point of contact for end-users in troubleshooting and solving SAP-related problems
- Manage incidents and analyse existing incidents and business processes
- Propose and implement enhancements to drive automation and process efficiency
- Prepare documentation and conduct end-user training

**About You**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in production for related discipline
- SAP MM certification
- SAP VC knowledge, desirable
- Extensive experience as a SAP P2P professional for the last 5 years with demonstrated architectural skills and experience in defining the target SAP architecture
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration processes
- Understanding of SAP VC (Variant Configuration) functionality
- Strong program/project management skills
- Energetic and personable, capable of working well in a team
- Excellent analytical skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving and strong improvisation skills
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
