As part of this journey, we're looking for a solutions-focused and technically skilled SAP Functional Analyst to join our Technology team.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for SAP Retail, providing functional support across SD, MM, LE and FI modules. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable SAP solutions, mentor team members, and support key projects including system migrations and EDI integrations.

As a SAP Functional Analyst, you will:

  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support across SAP Retail modules: SD, MM, LE, and FI
  • Partner with Merchandising and Logistics teams to deliver functional solutions that streamline operations
  • Troubleshoot IDoc issues and reporting discrepancies, and support ECC data integrity
  • Monitor master data changes, pricing checks, and hierarchy updates
  • Maintain EDI connections and external system integrations
  • Support SAP migration activities and contribute to broader project work
  • Mentor team members and act as a subject matter expert across SAP functional areas
  • Assist with ABAP debugging and root cause analysis (desirable)

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience with SAP Retail and strong functional knowledge of SD, MM, LE (required)
  • Exposure to FI module and SAP ECC environments (desirable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to mentor others and lead functional workstreams
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience working in fast-paced retail or enterprise environments is preferred
