About The Role
As Practice Manager, you'll oversee full clinic operations, ensuring seamless patient experiences, efficient workflows, and a motivated, high-functioning team. You'll also bring a commercially minded approach to help drive clinic performance and profitability.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Leading, mentoring, and supporting the clinical and front office teams
Overseeing daily operations, chairside support, and compliance with the highest clinical standards
Managing rosters, performance, training, and recruitment
Driving operational excellence and commercial outcomes to meet both clinical and business goals
Creating a calm, professional, and supportive environment for staff and patients
About You
You're an organised, confident and commercially minded leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for patient care. You love building teams, improving systems, and creating structure that drives results.
