Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all aspects of revenue administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing and financial transactions in accordance with legislative requirements;
  • Liaise with key stakeholders such as Medicare and health funds;
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions;
  • Provide high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders;
    • Develop analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to plan, prioritize and organize own work taking into consideration the impact on others to achieve results and meet key performance indicators;
    • Demonstrate experience working within an environment requiring sensitivity and consideration in relation to confidentiality and privacy.

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge and experience in revenue administration;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with billing systems and analytical software;
