**About the Role**
IRT is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, the role works to deliver marketing initiatives in line with the marketing strategy to drive brand equity, lead generation and business growth.
This role will also:

- Develop and manage annual marketing plans and supporting budgets
- Develop and implement of acquisition marketing strategies, including integrated advertising campaigns, lead nurture strategies and production of collateral
- Contribute to the management of local area sales calendars
- Contribute to the development of marketing and branding concepts and copy development
- Manage iTEC's website, including design, development and content updates, including blog content, optimisation initiatives and monitoring performance metrics
- Develop and manage course and training specific content across iTEC's digital assets
- Develop effective and professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders and external agencies and suppliers including media and advertising agencies, graphic designers, printers and event suppliers to ensure deadlines are met and executed in line with requirements.
- Use design software to update marketing collateral templates
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, and use data-driven insights to optimise performance
- Contribute to the development and execution of student and B2B client marketing strategies to support new student volume targets for the business

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- Tertiary (degree) qualification(s) in a related discipline (e.g. marketing)
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, with proven experience across creative and integratedcampaign implementation, including copy writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work unsupervised and part of a team with strong work ethic and proven initiative
- Problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities to achieve deadlines
- Ability to coordinate/attend events outside business hours and represent the organisation within the broader community
- Current driver's licence
- Proficiency using computer systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel operating in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Experience in using website CMS systems (Wordpress, Squarespace)
- Basic Adobe InDesign skills or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
- Familiarity or understanding of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (desirable)
- Understanding of the operating environment of registered training organisations and experience working with RTO clients and students preferable
