Proposal Development Specialist Role

We're seeking a skilled Proposal Development Specialist to collaborate with our technical teams and deliver high-quality proposals across various markets.

As an integral member of our NSW/ACT Proposal Hub, you'll work in a collaborative, inclusive environment with a dynamic team.

  • Collaborate with technical, client, and markets teams to develop winning bid strategies and proposals.
  • Drive proposal development, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Lead and facilitate bid workshops, reviews, and manage bid action plans.
  • Highlight the organization's strengths and challenge bid teams to develop compelling proposals.
  • Work across the project lifecycle from opportunity through to proposal and post-submission activities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8-12 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services or related industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
  • A proactive, organized approach, with exceptional people and relationship skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Adobe Creative Suite also desirable.
