You'll start as a Resourcer, learning the craft of sourcing, interviewing, and candidate care, before progressing into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role.

Based in our Southport office, you'll gain hands on recruitment experience, working side by side with our Principal and senior consultants who know how to take talent from entry level to high performing.

Here's what you'll be up to: Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of industries Write compelling job ads and market roles creatively Build and maintain candidate pipelines using our CRM Support Consultants with shortlists, interviews, and placements Shadow senior recruiters and work directly under our Principal to learn business development, negotiation, and recruitment strategy Attend networking events and industry functions to expand your professional profile Provide first class candidate and client experiences at every touchpoint What you need to bring: Confidence and charisma, recruitment is a people business and relationships matter Immaculate grooming and professional presentation at all times A go getter mindset, proactive, solutions driven, and ambitious Excellent communication skills, written and verbal High energy and resilience to thrive in a fast moving industry Tech savviness, confident with Microsoft Office and modern platforms Must be able to travel for client meetings, networking events, and site visits A hunger to learn, grow, and build a long term career in recruitment Customer service, sales, law, construction, or hospitality background (desirable but not essential) A current Australian Driver's Licence What's in it for you: Attractive base salary + super On target earnings (OTE) of $120K+ in your first year Entry level Trainee role with a clear progression pathway to Consultant Work directly under our global award winning Principal Full, hands on training and mentorship from senior leaders Learning and development with international recruitment industry experts Annual High Achievers' trips, both local and international Secure onsite parking and free gym membership Access to a next generation, purpose built recruitment tech stack rolling out in late 2025 A modern Southport office in the heart of the Gold Coast Opportunities to attend high profile networking events and business functions A no egos, high performance culture where your growth is celebrated Unlimited career potential with Australia's most awarded recruitment brand If you're ready to break into recruitment and build a career that combines progression, earning potential, and lifestyle, this is your chance.
