About the role
- Build hiring manager capability through the design, development and facilitation of attraction and recruitment related informal and formal training
- Provide high level advice and consultancy services on complex recruitment matters
- Research, consult, design and operationalise key recruitment initiatives to meet the current and future HHS workforce requirements
- Provide a comprehensive, tailored service to support executive recruitment and assist with the preparation of correspondence, briefs, reports and record keeping
- Actively build, maintain and strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective and efficient recruitment strategies
