Desygner is seeking a dynamic SDR to join our Sales team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales

**The Role**

Join our team in our Surfers Paradise office in Gold Coast, where you'll be steps away from the breathtaking beach, providing an inspiring setting for your work in sales development.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a key player within the Sales department, you will be responsible for lead generation and pipeline management. You will also:

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and develop them into viable opportunities for the sales team.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and challenges of potential leads, tailoring outreach strategies accordingly.
- Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective customers face and offering a partnership and solution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve lead quality.
- Provide regular feedback on lead sources, quality, and campaign effectiveness to help optimise marketing efforts.
- Work side-by-side with the Sales team receiving inbound leads for further qualification and development.
- Map out buyer journeys and trends to enhance lead generation strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and metrics as defined by Marketing and Sales Operations.

**Your Experience**
- Proven experience in a lead generation or sales development role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience working with and deep understanding of Adobe, Figma, InDesign and the DAM (Digital Asset Management) space.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential leads.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management processes.
