A technical lead will be responsible for managing infrastructure activities and collaborating on technical projects.
About the Job
This is a mid-senior level full-time position in our Information Technology department. As a technical lead, you will be involved in managing IT infrastructure and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical projects forward.
Responsibilities
Manage datacenter operations for the APAC region, including preparation, communication, execution, and ensuring continuity between AMER closure and EMEA opening.
Monitor infrastructure and applications, raise and follow up alerts with internal teams.
Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve servers, software, network and other potential IT build, deployment issues.
Requirements
At least 7 years of proven experience as a system engineer with comprehensive background of modern datacenter infrastructure.
Mastery of administration of Windows & Linux servers, Public Cloud computing (Azure), Active directory administration, OS & software patching.
Basic Knowledge of Web Server (IIS), Database (MSSQL), Web Application publishing, application performance monitoring (APM).
