**About the Role**

An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, results orientated, business savvy leader who wants to continue the momentum and help take the business to the next level to join our team as a **Sales Manager **at the **Subaru Penrith **dealership.

This role will be responsible for driving the sales for the site. This is a hands on sales management role, leading and motivating the sales team in achieving monthly and annual volume and profit targets.

**About You**

Ideally you will demonstrate a history of success in terms of driving results across various facets of the dealership as well as driving a high performing culture. You will need:

- Experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving company / OEM targets and maintaining strong gross retention
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in growing, developing and mentoring Team Members ensuring they achieve KPI's and objectives
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage with the team leading them to exceed results and targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A strong desire to succeed
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- A current VIC drivers licence and clean driving record
