With operations across the Morton Bay Region, this organisation is responsible for the maintenance and management of several significant assets across multiple locations.

This immediately available role will see you providing Health and safety support to the teams responsible for these assets.

**General Info**:

- 3+ years in Civil Construction or Multi-site and scope is ideal.
- Seasoned HSE professional, preferably with a high-risk background, capable of incident investigations, site inspections, and engaging with leaders.
- Challenges include rebuilding safety fundamentals, addressing training gaps, and managing relatively high injury rates, necessitating a practical and reactive approach.
- Daily tasks involve attending toolboxes, reviewing SWMS, facilitating incident investigations, and partnering with the team to manage risks.
- There is a central focus on building effective working relationships with stakeholder groups and implementing core management systems for safety.
- Join an expanding safety team.
- **The focus of this Role **will be on Asset Maintenance, with a flexible location allowing for hot-desking at the nearest site. Attend Toolboxes, In-field presence.

**Qualifications, Minimum Required**:

- Diploma OHS/WHS
- ICAM Lead Investigator
- Current "C" Class Driver's Licence
- Construction experience
