About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive
Operations Administration Supervisor
to join their dynamic team. This is a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring seamless administrative processes and providing leadership to a small team of admin staff.
You'll be the go-to person for all things admin — coordinating workflows, improving systems, and ensuring compliance and accuracy across reporting, documentation, and operational support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of administrative staff
Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations across the site
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting related to transport, logistics, and production
Manage timesheets, rosters, and other employee documentation
Liaise with internal stakeholders including operations, HR, and payroll
Monitor compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
Support site management with ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks
About You
Previous experience in a similar operations or admin supervisory role (ideally within logistics, manufacturing, or a fast-paced environment)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); SAP or other ERP experience advantageous
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
