Our Client is a boutique advisory firm based in Sydney, partnering with highly successful individuals and their families to provide bespoke financial advice, privileged access to a diverse range of investment opportunities and personalised management of financial affairs.
Client Service ManagerAn opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Client Service Manager to join our small but growing team operating in the wholesale/high net wealth sector.
We are looking for a dedicated client service professional with proven funds management and investment administration experience.
About you To be successful in this role you will: Understand corporate structures and vehicles, eg.
Trusts, Corporations, partnerships etc.
Have strong work experience demonstrating investment administration skills such as processing applications, redemptions, capital calls and a familiarity with investment related documentation; Have strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines; Have excellent client service skills, within the wealth management and advisory sector; Have a very strong attention to detail with respect to numerical data; Be an excellent communicator with people at all levels; Importantly, be discerning and discreet with confidential client information.
Functions of the role include, but are not limited to: Preparation and management of detailed investment documentation, eg.
Applications, capital calls, accessing portals and investor registries on behalf of clients; AML and KYC administration and governance Client investment administration Client banking, payment transfers, cashflow management and bank transaction reconciliations and reporting The successful candidate will receive bespoke on-the-job training and access to a range of educational tools and programs to assist in further career development.
We are also looking for someone who is interested in Identifying and implementing process improvements, guidance for junior team members, and an eagerness to get involved with business projects.
