**About You**:
- You are an experienced front and back end construction lawyer
- You have experience in running construction procurement processes
- You have general procurement experience
- You have had exposure to the mining industry
- You are comfortable in being involved in negotiations with contractors/consultants
- You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
- You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
- You have a minimum of 6 years' experience
- You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- You have a current practising certificate
- You have the right to live and work in Australia
