We are making significant progress and are looking to bolster our teams further with this new role.
Our Partners, Gaelan Cooney and Marina Tinning are seeking a Lawyer with experience in a project finance, corporate and acquisition finance or broader finance-related experience to work across complex and challenging project finance and corporate finance matters.
About You Our ideal candidate will have: At least 3 years PQE gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm, or in-house; Strong technical skills in relation to finance law and drafting coupled with an ability to address legal advice within a commercial context; Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively, bring lawyers into matter workstreams and actively mentor lawyers; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Advanced drafting skills; and Exceptional attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
