Within Western Australia our Mining & Resources Division delivers engineering and construction projects for our key Tier 1 iron ore producing clients which enables them to sustain and expand their mining operations throughout the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. You'll be joining one of our major projects, providing end to end Cost & Project Services administration & coordination support.
- Maintenance of timesheet access matrix
- Assist in maintaining and updating Staffing plan actual hours and forecast
- Prepare project personnel submissions for client endorsement or approval
- Administer minor Package progress updates
- Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed

**Thrive with us We hope you'll bring**
- Ideally a tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Management and/or relevant discipline
- 1-5 years experience in a similar role (ie. Cost Administrator, Junior Cost Controller, Accounts Administrator)
- Team player, strong forecasting and change management skills and expert communication both verbal and written
- Prior experience working in a mining environment will be viewed as favourable
- Intermediate-advanced skills with Excel, PowerBI beneficial
