**The Role**:
Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture and working across the Recruitment and People & Culture teams. Due to an internal promotion, we are excited to welcome a new team member to join us.
- Providing support to the People & Culture Team - including but not limited to letters of offer, contracts, change in employment status letters
- Managing the process of issuing service recognition and employee recognition rewards
- Managing onboarding and change of status of employees through ENTO system
- Work closely with payroll to ensure accuracy and currency of employee data.
- Providing support for salary reviews
- Participating in the recruitment process where required, including arranging interviews, and collecting pre-employment documentation
- Organising recruitment and training events
- Maintaining discretion and strict confidentiality in relation to all staff employment information and People & Culture matters
- Minimum 3 years in a coordinator / administrator position within a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in a role with strong confidentiality requirements
- An interest in the People & Culture environment
- Ability to build relationships
- Planning and organisation skills
- A strong customer focus
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience including, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to use Teams, People & Culture onboarding systems and SharePoint ideal
