**Migration Assistant**

**The Position**:

- Part-time
- 2-3 days per week at George Street (Sydney office)

**The Main Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with, and providing overall administrative support to, our registered migration agents
- Providing customer service to existing customers (including: answering basic inquiries, requesting documents etc.) and prospective customers (e.g. helping them book in consultations)
- Be highly organised to manage time, caseloads, deadlines and act independently.
- Be well versed with English and any multi-lingual will be preferred.

**Qualifications, skills and experience**:
Preferred:

- Currently studying, or have recently completed, a Law Degree or Graduate Diploma in Migration Law.

- Customer service experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow processes
- Adaptability to changing priorities and new way of doing things

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $20.33 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)
