Due to anticipated growth on our Heathgate Beverley Village in South Australia, we have exciting opportunities.14 days on 7 days off - 11 hours per dayFull Time Yearly salary of $97,155Accommodation/ meals Provided whilst at workFlights from AdelaideDrive In Drive Out opportunities for locals fromNepabunna, Copley or Leigh CreekThe PositionPrepare buffet style bulk cooking for Breakfast and Crib lunch, or Dinner and DessertsYou will work within a team of Chefs, kitchen utilities & dining room employees to deliver exceptional quality and service to the village residentsAdhere to safe work practices and safe food handling proceduresEnsure all catering controls are in place & wastage is kept to the minimumOffer guidance and supportto the kitchen team where needed, to ensure a great experience for all customersEnhance workplace culture - display high levels of customer service, contribute ideas and be flexible to meet the needs of the businessThe PersonYou will be a qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or EquivalentBulk catering or buffet experienceis requiredYou will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesAttention to detail and great time management is a mustExcellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operationsExcellent knowledge of food safety and able to manage complianceAble to provide a national police clearanceThe Benefits:You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
