Job Title: Lead Generation Consultant
Our organization is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Lead Generation Consultant. This pivotal role will play a key part in educating potential customers about the benefits of novated leasing, with a focus on lead generation.
As a Lead Generation Consultant, you will work closely with our centralised and integrated customer relationship management system. You will manage your monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), receiving warm leads from customer enquires as you educate our current database of customers.
You will engage directly with customers using our automated phone system to educate them on our Novated Leasing product. You will quickly build rapport and discover the needs of our customers, providing options and solutions that meet their requirements.
The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, a strong track record of working towards KPIs, and a desire to achieve personal and team goals. They possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively.
