Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our high-performing sales team. As a results-driven professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing robust pipelines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically identifying new opportunities and developing effective call cycles
  • Qualifying leads and sales opportunities to ensure alignment with our business goals
  • Maintaining a multi-sector pipeline of new business opportunities and ensuring ongoing management
  • Delivering exceptional sales processes from lead generation to onboarding
  • Cross-functional knowledge of our operating model to offer tailored solutions to each prospective customer
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a comparable sales role or logistics and supply chain management
  • A genuine passion for sales and curiosity about business models, processes, and workflows
  • Experience working in fast-paced and complex business environments
  • Proven success in sales and meeting KPI targets
  • Ability to work autonomously and get involved in all aspects of the business
  • Self-motivation and a natural drive to excel
  • Problem-solving skills and commercial acumen
  • Confident communication skills
