Job Description

We are seeking a talented Tour Consultant to promote and book loyal repeat clients on specialist tours and cruises worldwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, following up direct customer leads and initiating outbound calls, educating customers on products and destinations.

Requirements:
  • Previous GDS experience
  • Sales experience within a call-centre environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possession of a passion for travel and customer service
