POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Perioperative Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:Coordinating and assigning staff; Demonstrating familiarity with legislative mandates, ACORN and Sterilisation standards; Possessing knowledge of accreditation procedures, as well as expertise in Quality/Risk management; Ensuring adherence to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies; Overseeing budgets, achieving budgetary targets, and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Current registration with AHPRA;
Relevant post-graduate qualifications;
Excellent communication skills;
A thorough understanding of ACORN, sterilisation and quality standards;
Commitment to deliver exceptional patient care;
Being comfortable with competing priorities.
