Prepare detailed mechanical design drawings and schematics using CAD and 3D modeling tools.
- Perform calculations for equipment sizing, airflow, and energy efficiency.
- Develop mechanical layouts, sections, and details for HVAC, plumbing, and other systems.
- Coordinate design solutions with other disciplines (e.g., structural, electrical).
- Prepare as-built drawings and ensure all design changes are documented accurately.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish design requirements and timelines.
- Attend design coordination and project meetings.
- Ensure design deliverables meet client expectations and project deadlines.
- Incorporate client feedback into design revisions effectively.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Maintain and enforce adherence to quality assurance policies during design development.
- Conduct internal design reviews and address any identified issues promptly.
- Propose improvements to design tools, methods, and workflows.
- Stay updated on advancements in mechanical design technologies and industry trends.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
