**Team Leaders - Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) - Moorebank, Sydney**

The Catch Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Moorebank will shortly transfer to be operated by Kmart Group (Kmart and Target). In readiness for this transition, expected in mid-2025, we are growing our site team. This is an amazing opportunity to play a key leadership role that will support the centralised fulfilment of home delivery orders for two of the most loved and iconic Australian retail brands, Kmart and Target, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

**What you'll be doing**:
You will be responsible for all time and attendance activities within the CFC, as well as site-specific operational administrative duties as needed. In this role, you will ensure that team members' rosters are accurately reflected in the payroll system, collaborating closely with leaders in the CFC to meet continuous improvement initiatives. Your efforts will contribute to minimizing costs and driving success within the CFCs.

Other responsibilities include (and are not limited to):
- Support the Site Manager in ensuring the smooth day to day operations of the CFC.- Ensure comprehensive end-to-end time and attendance activities are managed effectively.- Collaborate with CFC leadership on rostering principles, ensuring accurate data entry into the time and attendance system and correct pay rules aligned with awards.- Reconcile invoices from third-party agencies for accuracy and ensure they align with the time and attendance system, reporting discrepancies and providing resolutions to management.- Raise warehouse purchase orders, compare packaging costs, and offer resolutions as needed.- Collaborate with CFC leaders on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support for the CFCs, including time and attendance and administrative duties as required.

**The skills you'll have**:
- Experience with Logistics, Distribution Centre or Warehouse operations or similar field- Problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and develop effective solutions- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in task- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate teamwork- Resolution-focused and resilient approach to navigating challenges- Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills to interpret data effectively- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
