The Role
Our Wetherill Park site in Sydney is our Milk Based Beverages hub for the eastern seaboard. This state-of-the-art facility produces 75 million litres of some of Australia's most loved dairy products including Dare Iced Coffee, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Big M.

This role focuses on planning, scheduling preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and support continuous operations. In this role, you'll work closely with different teams, build strong working relationships, and help the maintenance team meet its key performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule all maintenance and repair tasks to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime to achieve results and deliver KPI
  • Manage contractor activities, reporting & documentations, and oversee inductions for site access.
  • Ensure compliance GMP, HACCP, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Support the implementation of the company's long-term asset care and reliability strategy.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration - communicate planned work with other teams to avoid disruptions and ensure alignment

About you

  • Proven experience in manufacturing environment, relevant trade certifications & license
  • Good understanding of safety work practices (LOTO & permit compliant)
  • Problem solving skills - process-based decision making and conflict solution
  • Computer literacy - experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and CMMS systems (MEX preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and P&ID
