Service Delivery Manager

**This is a Permanent / Fixed Term Full-time role.**

**Role Highlights**:
**What you'll be doing**
What does a normal day in the life of a Service Delivery Manager - Fulfillment look like? Well, no 2 days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

- Final escalation of support and triage for any Blue Yonder WMS/Labour, Korber (AMR Geek+), KNAPP and Abbe (CMC) issues reported by warehouse operations teams
- Prioritize the open work requests (issues, CRs, tests etc) and work with vendors to drive the delivery
- Manage local WMS/WCS systems
- Plan, test and rollout any new software versions from vendors
- Investigates system problems, finds root causes, and develops solutions
- Create and maintain configuration documents, troubleshooting quick guides and operational training guides
- Act as SME for SC systems and take the lead in training operations
- Support local configuration and user setup
- As required, support the rollout of WMS to additional facilities through supporting vendor design and discovery workshops
- Facilitates the process of gathering and documenting user/project requirements based on meetings with operations for communicating requirements to IT development
- Provide SME input into configuration setup, business processes, and functional solution design
- Willing to travel to corporate headquarters (VIC) or other warehouses as required
- Develop test scripts and execute for system; unit; UAT and support
- Define requirements for labels, reports, and dashboards for key operational data
- Support procedural instruction development

What you'll bring to the table?*
- Demonstrated knowledge of the JDA/BlueYonder WMS system or a tier 1 WMS
- Knowledge with GEEK+AMR, Abbe (CMC), KNAPP OSR are desirable
- Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse and distribution functions & implementation of large software rollout
- Demonstrated knowledge of integration of complex systems and troubleshooting
- Vendor management experience
- Proven experience with configuring and changing WMS systems commensurate to the requirements of the warehouse operations
- Demonstrated ability to implement new systems
- Knowledge of OH&S regulations
- Understanding of distribution demand/supply business processes and implementing functionality and supporting users
- Knowledge of the underlying systems, server compute and networking is desirable
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to travel when required
- Experience with train the trainer
