**Catch is currently seeking a Team Leader in our Moorebank Fulfilment Centre located in NSW. **You will play a pivotal role in leading a team of warehouse staff to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company procedures, ultimately driving the team towards achieving organisational objectives.

**What you'll be doing**

What does a normal day in the life of a Team Leader look like? Well, no 2 days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to operational procedures.
- Train team members on WMS functionalities and best practices to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Inventory and Outbound, to ensure overall Operations goes smoothly.
- Monitor KPIs related to warehouse efficiency and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with IT support or WMS vendors to troubleshoot system issues and implement system enhancements or upgrades.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.

**The skills you'll have**
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or fulfilment centre environment.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and coach team members.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Organisation skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Industry standard health and safety regulations and practices.
