Kia/Subaru - Alexandria. We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our busy Alexandria team as a Delivery Coordinator / Administrative Assistant / Concierge. This dynamic role is central to both the customer experience and day-to-day dealership operations. You'll work closely with the sales, service, and admin departments to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries and exceptional front-of-house support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organise all aspects required to prepare vehicles for delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Liaise with sales consultants and customers to arrange delivery appointments and communicate with all relevant departments.
- Welcome and host guests in the showroom, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and return calls as needed.
- Support customers with initial enquiries both in-person and over the phone.
- Maintain and update vehicle stock, book new and trade-in vehicles into inventory.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry (CRM), filing, vehicle registrations, and toll/fine account management.
- Maintain showroom presentation and customer lounge, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
- Stock control - booking new cars and trade in into stock.
- Maintain stock sheets and other files and data
- Manage toll accounts and fines
- Send/receive parcels and assist with beverages for customers (barista/café experience is a bonus but not essential).
- Assist with day-to-day dealership operations and support all departments as required.

Skills & Attributes Required:

- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident phone manner and customer-facing skills.
- Genuine interest in delivering excellent customer service.
- A team player with a willingness to support others and contribute to ongoing improvement.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- The ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- Current NSW driver's licence.
- An eagerness to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
