**About the role**:
Our Dealership in Sutherland has a unique and rare opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Subaru Team.

The role is responsible for developing new strategies to support the growth of the brands and manage the financial performance of the department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall management of the Subaru Sales Department
- Leading the Subaru Sales Team
- Ensuring that Sales Process is followed and efficient
- Maintaining the upmost employee and client relationship
- Achieving manufacturer and internal sales targets + CSI requirements

**About you**:

- Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry - **essential**:

- Proven track record & ability to meet Sales Targets, Manufacturer targets and CSI Benchmarks
- Previous experience managing a sales team
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and communication every time
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent management skills and an approachable management style
- A sound understanding of the financial aspects of the role;
- Reliable, honest, highly motivated and well presented.
- Current NSW Driver's License
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Availability to work on Saturdays & Sundays - 11 day roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sutherland, NSW 2232: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Automotive sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NSW Drivers License (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
