**The opportunity**:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team on a 12 month contract.

Reporting directly to the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for executing a timely and efficient delivery process to our retail and fleet customers as well as the execution of a seamless and compliant fleet management process. In this role, you will work with your team and relevant stakeholders to:

- Achieve all targets and KPIs as required by the company and our external partners including Fleet Management Organisations (FMOs);
- Always ensure the delivery of outstanding customer satisfaction, as reflected in customer feedback and Reputation scores;
- Ensure you are an ambassador for the Subaru and Peugeot Citroen brands; as demonstrated through passion, drive and continuous process improvement.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Prior experience working in the automotive industry and the competitive consumer landscape.
- Prior experience managing external business relationships (for example with suppliers, customers or Fleet Management Organisations).
- A full driver's licence for the relevant state you are employed to work in and a sound driving record.
- Ability to work from other sites, including Narellan at least 1x day per week
- Confident communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve the best results for the business.
- Proven ability to work within an evolving retail environment.
- Strong commercial aptitude that delivers customer satisfaction
- Prior experience with Pentana Dealer software (desirable)
