About the Role...

This is a full-time (38 hours/week) Trade Counter Sales position, operating Monday to Friday.

You will contribute to high levels of customer service through direct interaction with customers and managing outward stock movement.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Serving customers at the counter
  2. Providing excellent customer service
  3. Picking & packing customer orders
  4. Answering phone calls
  5. Performing administrative duties
  6. Maintaining general housekeeping
  7. Assisting with cycle counts
  8. Performing general warehouse duties

About You...

You should have prior experience in counter sales or retail sales with customer service, or be willing to learn.

You must be reliable, self-motivated, able to work under tight deadlines, and value personal and team safety. A willingness to take on additional tasks is essential.

Successful applicants will need to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, and must provide contactable work references.
