We are seeking an accomplished Trade Counter Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with trade and industrial customers, providing expert guidance and support in finding the right products for their businesses.

About the Position
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing cash sales, quotes, and orders, and managing stock levels.
  • A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with regular trade customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to multitask and maintain accuracy.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail or trade counter sales, preferably in an industrial, hardware, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong over-the-counter customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, with knowledge of SAP being a significant advantage.
  • A team player with a proactive approach, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
