**Accountabilities include**:

- Assist with the delivery of passenger transport planning projects as part of the Transport System Planning Program (TSPP), ensuring that all planning is undertaken in a multi-modal, integrated, affordable and value for money context.
- Identify needs and priorities for passenger transport corridors, nodes and facilities, including options and recommendations to address issues.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to help develop and maintain effective working relationships with local governments, passenger transport service providers, industry groups and departmental divisions.
- Draft ministerial correspondence, project reports, presentations, briefing notes, submissions and other general correspondence.
- Contribute to a positive working environment for the division, including participating in ongoing business improvement processes and assisting other team members.
- Other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed.

This role reports to the Manager (Infrastructure Planning) and has no direct reports.
