**Job Overview**: We are seeking a friendly and motivated Business Development / Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our showroom, assist customers in selecting the right mobility products, and ensure a welcoming and informative shopping environment. Additionally, this position involves business development responsibilities, including traveling to aged care and HCP facilities to promote our brand and explore partnership opportunities. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and demonstrations to help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Respond to customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, with knowledge and empathy.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest mobility products and industry trends.
- Engage in business development activities, including traveling to aged care and HCP facilities to promote our brand and establish partnership opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a health or mobility-related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with POS systems.
- Ability to lift and move mobility products as needed.
- Patience and understanding in assisting customers with varying mobility needs.
- A confident and outgoing personality, with the ability to engage with providers and effectively promote our products.

Pay: $21.38 - $24.98 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
