Our organization is seeking an experienced
Dynatrace
and
ELK Stack Engineer
to support the observability and performance monitoring of our cloud-native applications running on
AWS
.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and optimization of monitoring and logging frameworks using Dynatrace SaaS and the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), with a strong focus on
AWS services
,
infrastructure
, and
serverless applications
.
">
Key Responsibilities:
">
Deploy and configure Dynatrace OneAgents and ActiveGates across AWS EC2, ECS, EKS, and Lambda environments.
">
Set up RUM, synthetic monitoring , and Davis AI to proactively detect performance issues.
">
Build service-centric dashboards and alerting rules aligned with business KPIs and SLAs.
">
Integrate Dynatrace with AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail , and incident/alerting platforms.
">
Design and implement centralized logging pipelines using Logstash, Beats , and FluentBit for AWS logs.
">
Manage Elasticsearch clusters for performance, indexing strategies, and retention policies.
">
Create meaningful Kibana dashboards and alerts for application and infrastructure logs.
">
Correlate log and APM data to assist in root cause analysis and proactive monitoring.
">

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with hands-on experience in Dynatrace SaaS, especially in cloud-native and AWS integrations. Strong knowledge of the ELK stack and best practices for logging in AWS is also essential.
">
The ideal candidate should have solid experience with AWS services, including EC2, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation. Additionally, they should possess strong skills in Bash/Python/PowerShell scripting for automation and data transformation.
">
Experience working in DevOps/Agile delivery environments is also necessary. Familiarity with microservices and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
