
Payroll Coordinator

**Your role at Dynatrace**:
**Responsibilities**
- Instruct payroll providers with new employees, terminations, adjustments every month in each of APAC countries (Including but not limited to Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore)
- Performing ad hoc analysis pro-actively or as directed, to provide performance insights that aid growth and focus appropriate resource allocation
- Develop strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of communications and resolution of issues
- Liaising with internal departments, employees and external payroll providers
- Handling payroll related queries from employees and other departments
- Assist with payroll reconciliations where required by the Finance Team
- Assist with reporting requests from the business.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as requested to support the team.
**What will help you succeed**:
- At least 3 years' experience in supporting large regional payroll functions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience of working collaboratively and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups
- Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- NetSuite experience is desirable
- Good conceptual ability, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analysis/problem solving skills
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task while exhibiting strong interpersonal skills.
