Job Description

Your team

  • Enables engineering teams to autonomously operate their systems and services
  • Works towards fully automated processes
  • Consists of motivated engineers from around the world, with backgrounds in software engineering, system engineering, and product management
  • Values team bonding and getting to know coworkers

Your role

  • Translate manual tasks into automated processes based on production insights
  • Tackle capacity planning challenges to optimize cost-efficiency
  • Coordinate product releases and refine existing processes with your ideas
  • Automate monitoring and alerting to improve cloud infrastructure efficiency and reliability
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents
  • Configure monitoring and alerting for scalable production operations
  • Participate in On-Call rotations

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Proficiency in at least one Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Curiosity to work on high-scale systems
  • Experience with scripting and/or programming languages like Go, C, Shell, Python, or Java
  • Enthusiastic attitude and ideally experience with Kubernetes
