RDS is a locally owned and operated IT & MSP business based in Dapto (Illawarra region).

We provide computer repairs and support instore at our office, onsite and via remote access to business and residential clients in Wollongong and the Illawarra surrounds.

I'm looking for someone keen to start their career in the IT Industry, and am offering a broad role that will give you experience with face to face customers, consumer hardware, business hardware. This role will have you reporting to a senior manager who will oversee work and training.

**What I require**:
A hunger for learning and self development.
Decent interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform tasks set.
Self motivation.
Current drivers license & a reliable car.

**What will you be doing?**
Support for instore customers.
Answering calls.
Repairs on all forms of devices as applicable.
Troubleshooting of customer and business devices & networks.
Basic networking.
Completion of documentation and audits.
Processing stock and ordering.
Booking in & out of customers.

**What qualifications are required?**
I'm open to any walk of life if the passion is present, as long as there is facility
for you to complete a qualification while at RDS.
